This Firehouse Blend was made at the request of the Chief of the Montgomery Firehouse. He asked for a no nonsense, no fruitiness cup with just classic coffee flavor. What I have created is a straightforward, bittersweet chocolate, full bodied cup that showcases three base flavor origins. Brazilian, El Salvadorian, and Mexican beans make up the bases of every blend I make. Combined, their subtle flavors provide a wonderfully mellow and relaxing blend. If this is your introduction to high end coffees, I highly recommend this blend.
