Congo coffee beans are grown far inland at high altitudes, ranging from 1400 to 2000 meters. Because of this, beans from this region are difficult to come by due to the challenges transportation impose. They produce complex dark berry and fruity notes that seems to ripen with sweetness as the roast progresses.
