These Kenyan grown Peaberry beans separated from normal beans through a sieve. About 10% of beans have a random mutation that results in a single whole rather than two half beans in a cherry. These whole beans, deemed “peaberries,” develop more complex flavors due to the retention of flavorful acids within the bean throughout roasting. This batch boasts tropical fruits and crisp acidity that produce a light and refreshing cup.
