These Mexican Dry Processed beans were grown in the Chiapas region of San Antonio. They produce bittersweet chocolate flavors that develop into unrefined raw sugar flavors as the roast gets darker. Subtle base flavors are present throughout, making this an ideal starting point for many blends.
