These beans were grown in Cauca, Colombia in the town of Inzá on a group of farms known as Cresta El Hato. These farms have multiple peaks above 2000 meters, producing excellent fruit flavors backed by a berry aftertaste. Dark roasts produce a dark chocolate bittersweet flavor that is an essential in every espresso.
