Originating from the island of Bourbon, this strain of coffee grows in low yielding but dense beans that are packed with flavor. Bight, bittersweet, and aromatic characteristics produce chocolaty notes with a creamy mouthfeel. These beans were shade grown on the La Esperanza farm at an altitude ranging from 1100 to 1700 meters.
